Meteorology is a natural science that deals with fundamental laws of physics and their application to atmospheric phenomena, while the Olympic Games deal with the physical and mental skills of athletes. On the other hand, meteorology and the Olympic Games bear interesting historic similaritiesregarding their inception and development.
